Leach Botanical Garden is a place where I can refresh or recharge myself when walking around those threes.

It used to be a free garden with limited parking space, but now it got upgraded so we will need to pay $ 5  for Adults & Youth.

On my last trip home, I was able to stop by Snoopy Dining School Bus before heading back my hometown.

It's a fancy food cart located inside Fame Hall Garden Hotel.

Wujia longcheng Temple is a place not only provide a peaceful atmosphere but also give a chance to bring a clear mindset home.

During my quick trip back Taiwan, I went to temple to refresh myself.

Even I am in a tax free state, I still like to go shopping when I went back Taiwan.

Last month I visited Dream mall which is a department store plus lots popup shops.

Zaru Soba was on my eating list when I had a short trip home. However, I wasn't able to make it happen in Taiwan.

My best korean friend makes it for me while I return to the USA and visit her family.

When I had my short break during summer term, I decided to book the round way tickets home.

Original I wrote down lots items on my eating list, but I only got one stomatch.

As you might know my eyes always bigger than my stomatch. Really wish to have five meals a day to eat everything on my list.

It is rarely for me to take picture during Golden Hour.

Luckily, the sunset was around the eight thirty when my plane was ready to take off.

This Summer we had lots heat waves, and I got to stay in the lab for cooling down.

Luckily it is still sunny when I leave my department building.

I was able to visit lots Current Exhibitions for free during the first weekend of each month.

Each summer I always avoid to cook hot dishes in the kitchen.

Therefore, cucumber salad is my first choice when I got home.

Last time  I attended Microscopy & Microanalysis was 2019. I had very great time during the vender show and kept looking forward to attend the new one.

Luckily we got a chance to provide some training for high school students so we can get free admission to the Microscopy & Microanalysis 2022. 

It feels good to give back what I was given in the past.

Therefore, almost every spring term I would apply to join the program, and luckily this summer we had the retreat in person again.

We had the community building training at Camp Magruder where is famous for summer camp.

It was a little challange to present hands on experiment on line during the virtural meeting. I happen to have both online and in-person teaching experience this summer.

For sure that sharing slides with students is easier than writing on the white board.
