Make Dumplings from Scratch
When I was in Taiwan, it's easy to get any kind of dumplings, but I am in the USA now, I need to learn to make what I want to eat.
I used 3 cups of all purpose flours, one cup of hot water , less than one cup of room temperature water, and half teaspoon of salt. It took a while to make a dumpling dough.

Almost once or twice a year, our big family will come together to have big meal, and the easy way to make every family member happy is to find a good place with yummy food.
All you can eat is a nice choice for our lunch together, but the only issue for me is try to control myself. Otherwise my eyes always get bigger than my stomach.

過年期間之前的同事和好友特地和我在高雄相約下午茶，因為這間是數字週刊報導過的茶屋，也是少數春節期間有營業的店，所以我們可以好好的邊吃甜點邊喝茶聊天，有些東西菜單上沒有寫出來，但是服務人員會在手機上用實體照片作介紹，我們一行四人點的甜點中最受好評的是栗子抹茶千層。

Homemade Dumplings
Since my best friend relocated herself to CA, I thought that I don't have any chance to have homemade dumplings any more, but I am luck to have yummy hand made dumplings over the weekend.
自從好友因為工作的關係搬到加州之後，我已經有段時間沒嘗到自家手作水餃了，剛好來自東北的好友心血來潮想要復刻家鄉豬肉餡水餃，有口福的我當然要去她家湊熱鬧，而且很神奇的是他根本不需要量杯去稱麵粉的重量，直接目測倒入盆中的麵粉量然後讓我打一顆全蛋進入盆中，接著又指揮我家一點鹽巴和少許的水，很快地就有待醒的麵團成形。
