It feels good to give back what I was given in the past.
Therefore, almost every spring term I would apply to join the program, and luckily this summer we had the retreat in person again.
We had the community building training at Camp Magruder where is famous for summer camp.
It was three years ago when I first visited this place, and I still had very good memory with new members.
每年的春季我都會申請再次加入專門幫助新進國際學生的團隊ISMP,
今年很幸運的又被選為小組長，不同於去年幾乎都是線上完成各式訓練，今年我們能夠回到海邊培養團隊默契。
透過各種不同的分組活動，我們彼此從陌生到熟悉，也分別介紹了校園內的各項資源，希望不久的將來新生報到後，我們也能順利的幫助小菜鳥們熟悉新環境。
