Zaru Soba was on my eating list when I had a short trip home. However, I wasn't able to make it happen in Taiwan.

My best korean friend makes it for me while I return to the USA and visit her family.

She uses a flat pan to make omelette and black fungus was cooked, following with slicing cucumber , ham, and onion.

At the same time, she also uses a deep pot to boil the water, once the water boils then she put the noodles into the pot.

When the noodles comes back to the water surface, she uses a filter to pour out the hot water.

Cold soba noodles ia almost ready.

和韓國好友相識大約六年前當時是我在校外的第一份工作，年齡相仿又同星座，很快就在變成好友也一直保持聯絡，所以當我從台灣回美，帶了小月餅去她家時，他準備了我台灣行的遺珠～蕎麥涼麵！

在我和她女兒玩耍的十幾分鐘內竟然就完成了夏日必備的涼麵，還切了他們不久前去果園採的水蜜桃當飯後水果，真的覺得好友實在有夠貼心！
