The weather is getting warm in our area. Therefore making a rice ball is a good choice for lunch or dinner.

We put few small pieces ginger and leek on top of a piece of salmon, and we also pour a little rice wine on the salmon. When the oven is ready to go,we put the salmon into the oven for ten minutes. Remember to flip the salmon over when the time is over. Make sure the meat and bone can be separated easily.

Since I oversaw the rebuilding of a Thermal Vacuum Evaporator system, I wanted to write down those process to keep documents for others.
We order Varian DP Thermal Overload Switch: VA-KLIXON-300(300F or 147C) for VHS-6 from: DUNIWAY STOCKROOM. This company has almost everything for your vacuum system, but the min order for each purchase is $25. This thermal switch costs $75 so we meet the purchase of min purchase.

If you have an oven in your kitchen, it might make your kitchen life easier.

When I want to fix dinner in short time, Spaghetti is always the first choice.

When the water is boiling, some spaghetti can put into water. Check the instruction and set the kitchen clock. If I have some meat in the refrigerator, I will put the meat into microwave and heat it around 2 minutes. It is time to open a corn can and cut some celery.
