If you have an oven in your kitchen, it might make your kitchen life easier.
Preheat the oven at 350 fahrenheit.
Use water to rinse 4 pieces of Chicken breast.
Cut the chicken breast into middle size, and pour ABC sauce to cover those chicken.
Set the baking plate in the room temperature before the oven is ready.
When the oven reaches temperature, set the kitchen timer to one hour.
Now you need to be patient.
Took the chicken out of the oven after one hour.
Use a fork to flip the chicken over and set it to room temperature for a while before you put it on the dining table.
這道雞胸肉料理很簡單易做,不用小心地顧爐火只需有烤箱就可以搞定喔!
先預熱烤箱到華氏350,約攝氏210度。
將市售的雞胸肉先放到常溫退冰,亦可用水稍微沖一下雞胸肉,若刀子可以輕易把雞胸肉切條即可開始準備下一個動作了。
拿出有點深度的烤盤,將已切條的雞肉放入,並將ABC醬油倒入烤盤淹過雞肉,靜置於室溫中等烤箱到理想的溫度即可將烤盤移入烤箱!
(因為肉本身有水分所以在這裡放醬油時不需額外加水。)
把烤箱時間設定到一小時,烹煮的過程中醬汁會慢慢改變肉表面的顏色,大約一小時後把烤箱關掉。
此時可以拿出烤盤並用叉子將雞肉翻面,若怕不夠入味,可再將翻面好的雞肉再放回有餘溫的烤箱中。
若想要營養均衡,可以在等待雞肉的空擋準備蔬菜,等會一同上桌享用!
烤盤內剩餘的醬汁可以淋到飯上,也可以留待飯後要收拾桌上的食物時再和剩餘的雞肉一起擺入適當的容器中放入冰箱冷藏!
