Thanksgiving Day is a holiday celebrated in the United States.

Each year on the fourth Thursday in November, Americans gather for a day of feasting and family. I am glad that I can come back Hood River to stay with my host family. 

When the weather is getting cold, I always start to counting down the days to get together with my host family.

We prepared the food all day long, and we enjoy the moment to be together.

在美國感恩節和耶誕節都是冬季裡家人團聚的日子，雖然我的家人和我相隔很遠，但還好我有從高中時代就認識的接待家庭可以讓我在異國他鄉享受到佳節的溫暖，雖然準備火雞大餐的過程很繁瑣，但是大家一起圍著圓桌共進晚餐的溫馨時刻會覺得忙了一天一切的辛苦都值得。
