Outline from my teacher:
a) Explain two positive improvements in your writing that you made this term and how the class helped you make those improvements
b) Explain two areas of your writing where you still need to improve
c) Explain the reasons why you think this class did or did not meet your expectations
d) Explain what you think were the best and worst parts of this class.

Grammar and writing are not easy for those people who are not English native speakers, and some people may think that’s a boring class. Because every language has their own rules to describe things, you have to learn grammar to use different language. If you are afraid of learning those weak skills, then you won’t get chances to improve yourself, so all you need to do is just to face it. You will find out how interesting it is in this class.
First of all, don’t think about writing a difficult essay, and try to make long sentences by using new words. Or you can try to copy some sentences by using your own words. If you can combine them to one paragraph, then you already take a huge step. Because you will have the ability of writing an essay, all you need to do for next step is just to keep writing as long as you can. When you use the first method to make your own sentence, you can find out that the weak part becomes much easier.
Next, review your own sentence to check those words before you turn in your homework. You can use the checklist to deal with some problems. Maybe there are some misspelling or grammar mistakes, and a sentence without using a verb cannot be a complete sentence. If you can find someone else to do peer view, then it can help a lot. In this class we always have peer review on our first draft essay, so we can have some suggestions to make our essay getting better.
Finally, in this class you have to prepare for those quizzes scheduled on every week, so you need to memorize some words that can increase your vocabulary. When you have learned more vocabulary, you can have better chances to use different words in your own essay.
Overall the best part in this class is that I can practice in the class, and we have peer review to listen to the suggestions from someone else. It makes me face my weak part. I want to have achieved remarkable success in my studying. In order to learn more in this class, I spent a lot of time in this subject. Also my teacher told me that she could see the result. In other words, both of us are satisfied about what I gain in this class. I am happy to have this class on my schedule.
