Since my best friend relocated herself to CA, I thought that I don't have any chance to have homemade dumplings any more, but I am luck to have yummy hand made dumplings over the weekend.
自從好友因為工作的關係搬到加州之後，我已經有段時間沒嘗到自家手作水餃了，剛好來自東北的好友心血來潮想要復刻家鄉豬肉餡水餃，有口福的我當然要去她家湊熱鬧，而且很神奇的是他根本不需要量杯去稱麵粉的重量，直接目測倒入盆中的麵粉量然後讓我打一顆全蛋進入盆中，接著又指揮我家一點鹽巴和少許的水，很快地就有待醒的麵團成形。

What a lovely few days we have been having.
Normally, we have raining days to start with fall term, and it is not good condition for us to drop a free fall object outdoor. I still had a nightmare about climbing the tower for having the measurement.

Once again, I learned new skill in the library. The Community Crafting for Adults is as fun as usual.
It takes us less than two hours to have an unique miniature journal.

Happy Moon Festival.
中秋節前夕的週末，陸續在臉書上看到好友們貼上烤肉的照片，雖然人不在台灣，不過還是團購了綠豆椪想要感受一下過節的氣氛。
和家人通話時有些擔心颱風對南部的影響，但是聽到他們還是有準備要中秋烤肉，就有點放心了。

Nak Won is a Korean Restaurant located in downtown Beaverton.
Last week, I had a chance to have dinner in Nak Won. I was thinking that I might have to drink a lot of water in order to handle Nakwon's banchan side dishes, but it was just right taste to me.

Almost every month I will join the community event for adult. This time I want to share our crafting from the city library with you.
Some days have more programs than can be seen on the calendar, but I only register for two events, including Community Coloring and crafting for Adults.

I always dream about visiting lavender farm in Plateau De Valensole, French or Hokkaido, Japan. Luckily, I have a chance to come by Helvetia lavender Farm with my friends without flying to different countries.

Jenkins Estate Camille Park has several pretty walking trails. I like that this is close by and open to the public most of the time.
趁著假日午後訪友，到離她家附近約十分鐘的步道走走晃晃，發現這個人煙稀少的公園，很羨慕朋友有這麼一個秘密後花園，除了有ＯＳＵ的實驗農場還有滿開的花，很難想像要花費多少的人力才能維持好這個環境。

There are over 600 varieties rose in Rose Test Garden, and you don't need to purchase a ticket for coming to this beautiful place. You do need to pay for park your car. If you want , there is a Donation box for you to insert cash or cash in the garden.

Beaverton City Library holds community crafting every other month, and I learn how to make the light switch plate become unique this time. I used to have white plastic switch plates in my room. It only took me around one hour; I have unique switch plate and outlet cover.
The trick is to use thin paper or material while you do the crafting. For instance, tissue paper will be easier to put on the light switch than wax paper. The only requirement for this project is patient.
