Since we are parenting in a pandemic, I spend more time on cooking for a healthy meal. Especially I start to eat more veggies than meat during this difficult time.

疫情期間幾乎長時間坐在電腦前上課,準備三餐變成我舒壓的方式。
為了吃健康吃當然要選購當季蔬果,接著下來我也減少食用肉類(不是因爲瘦肉精⋯⋯只是當季的菜比肉便宜。)
簡單的燙青菜放入漂洋過海的愛心伴麵,大大滿足思鄉的胃。
