The most interesting in this seminar is how to distinguish the running phase, rotation phase and random phase in the cluster not only in the size but also ignore the noise…
When we are doing experiment, normally we set up a standards model and a compare-contrast one in order to find out what is the key feature. In this research, the group is using the simulator to compare the result from their collections.
What I have learnt from the seminar:
· Even the simulator shows something similar to what you expected, there might be some missing contacts.
· In the experiment how to group cells, clusters, is an important key for the research.
· When to increase running phase or decrease the cluster size are so critical.
One question I would like to ask is:
What is the key inspiration for the idea of finding out why some single cells will not migrate in a big group of form?
