In the morning, we took the turkey out from the refrigerator, and then we started to prepare what we were going to put inside the turkey.
Step one:
Remove the inside out to get ready for making stuffing. For example, there were neck, heart and liver inside the turkey.
After we cut the heart and the liver into small piece, we put them into a pot with the neck and some water, and then we will have chicken soup later.

Step two:
We cut half of an apple,onion and parsley into small piece and then mix them with stuffing.
Because the turkey was taken from the refrigerator, we needed to move water from the turkey around every 30 mins.
Step three:
We got some chicken soup and melting butter into those solid stuffing. We took a big spoon and started to mix them together.

(If your place is very cold, you can put one butter into small container, and then heat it in the microwave, it will melt very soon.)
Maybe you would like to add a little paper and salt into your stuffing at this time.
Step four:
After we dried the turkey, and we started to put butter cover inside and outside of the turkey, and then it was the time to fill those stuffering.
We heated the oven at 325F, and then we put the turkey into the oven, it would take about 4hours to get the turkey ready.

感恩節少不了要來各火雞餐,但是準備工程實在很繁瑣,從準備道上菜花了將近四小時。
一早先把火雞從冰箱拿出來退冰,將內臟和頸部拿出,洗淨之後將內臟切小塊和頸部一起放到已經加水的鍋中放到爐火上加熱,晚點會就有雞湯可以加入填充料內讓火雞更美味,記得每隔一段時間還得把火雞內殘餘的血水倒出。
火雞內的填充料,切塊的乾土司邊,和切丁的洋蔥塊還有西洋芹,喜歡蘋果的話也可以切些放進去盆內,接著就可以放融化的奶油和滾燙的雞湯進入攪拌盆中,均勻攪拌之後可以試一下味道,若有需要可以再加些調味料,準備工作都完成後就可以將火雞洗淨並擦乾,然後在火雞的表面和內部均勻塗上奶油,然後就可以將填充料放進火雞中囉!
進烤箱前的最後一到程序是要記得用棉線把填充口綁緊,填充料才會讓火雞更美味喔!

將烤箱溫度設在華氏三百二時五度,放入火雞耐心等待大約三~四小時就會有美味的火雞可以上桌了,三小時候可以是情況將火雞覆蓋錫箔紙,讓表面不會烤到焦黑。
四小時候火雞完成就可以把它移出烤箱,烤盤內的精華再加上早上剩餘的雞湯一起加熱就是美味的淋醬囉!
