My roommate made sweet soup with Edible tree fungus after we ate dinner.
First step -> Put edible tree fungus into water for 30 mins, and you need to throw away the water.
Second step-> Boil a pot of water to put edile tree fungus into the water.
Thrid step -> Add sugar into water when the water is boiling.
Final step -> Take a bowl and ready to enjoy it!
首先要先把乾木耳用開水泡開,要煮之前在把水倒掉然後把它切成適合的大小,鍋中放水煮滾之後就可以把白木耳放入,水滾之後可以依個人喜好放入適量的冰糖,若是想加點紅棗或蓮子都會很對味,就是糖水煮開的時候再放進去也可以,不過要記得再等水滾了再起鍋。

這個白木耳甜湯真好喝!整個過程不需要太久,想吃熱的可以一起鍋就開動,想吃冷的冷卻後放冰箱就晚點吃也OK!
