Rice-cooker is very important to me. This time I use it to cook chicken.
Chicken is ready.
Boneless Chicken / Hot Water / Soy Sauce / Coca-Cola
First of all, put boneless chicken into a pot, pour hot water on meat -> kind of washing it.
Next, get another pot, and then put those meat into the pot. Start to add some soy sauce and a cup of Coca-Cola. The point is to let chicken get soft and have some flavors. Add two cups of water into rice-cooker, and then put the pot into the rice-cooker. Everything is almost ready. Now be patient to wait for 30 minutes. The chicken will be ready.
It is chicken soup with soy sauce.
看到超市的去骨雞肉就很想買回宿舍用電鍋作料理,這次先煮了一壺熱水把雞肉稍微燙一下(其實是冷凍的肉我不想放進微波爐解凍,直接用熱水燙把原本團結再一塊的雞肉分開,因為熱水溫度很高,所以要學我這樣燙雞肉的話請注意安全別燙傷了。接著把趟過的雞肉夾到另一各鍋中,加入適量的醬油,和一杯可樂(想要讓肉質軟化用的),若雞肉沒有全部浸泡在液體中就加點水吧!然後再電鍋的外鍋加入兩杯水,接著把裝好游泳中的雞肉放到電鍋內,按下開關就可以再一旁邊看書邊等待雞肉上桌囉!
這次煮出來的雞肉很軟嫩(See the first photo on the top on this page),但調味稍嫌不足,所以開動前我又加了胡椒鹽算是提味,反正不用汗流浹背就把今天的主食準備好,只能說有電鍋真好!
