Almost every Friday I ate Tuna Sandwich in Subway, but this time I try to change my mind having something different for today.
In order to make Tuna and Tomato Noodles:
One Package or Can of Tuna.
2 Tomatoes cut to small piece
One can of mushroom
some tomato ketchup
Noodles (I use Organic Buckwheat Noodles)
How to Cook:
There are two ways to cook noodles.
Put the noodles into boiling water for 4~ 5 minutes, but I use thermos mug to cook my noodles. (Put Noodles into the bottle then pour boiling water into the thermos mug wait for 5 minutes. While waiting, start to cut Tomatoes, and open those can food.)
Pour out the water after 5 minutes, and put noodles on the plate, and then start to mix everything together.
Before eating, add some ketchup to add some flavor.
Tuna and Tomato Noodles
因為住在十五樓,在房間空調不夠強的情況下,我大多是準備輕食止餓,這次挑戰十分鐘內不流汗且可以把料理完整呈現~呵呵雖然賣像不佳,可是還不錯吃啦!
不想浪費時間在小廚房煮麵條,所以用熱水瓶煮開水,然後用保溫瓶悶煮熟我那飄洋過海的愛心蕎麥麵,等待麵悶煮熟的同時就開始切番茄丁,因為有蘑菇罐頭,想說先加熱一下在食用,所以就把番茄和蘑菇先裝在一起再放到大同電鍋內加熱三分鐘。也就是說接下來只要耐心等蕎麥麵熟就可以準備組裝了,其實自己一個人吃用不到一整罐的鮪魚罐頭,所以我取一半的量在盤中,再把剩下的由鐵罐換到玻璃容器內放入冰箱保存,看看時間差不多保溫瓶中的麵也熟透了,就可以把麵撈出和鮪魚先行攪拌,在把電鍋中的番茄蘑菇加入組裝,要吃之前可以加些番茄醬(因為鮪魚罐頭已經有調味,所以我不需要在悶煮麵條時加鹽巴),若鹹味不夠,可以再加些胡椒鹽也OK喔!
