When a pot is hot (or warm), it is time to put butter in the middle of the pot, and then start to cut those potato into stripes while waiting for the butter to be melted. 每次我的馬鈴薯總是使用大同電鍋外鍋加水邊煮飯邊蒸熟馬鈴薯塊之後~拿來作馬鈴薯沙拉或是和切塊的紅蘿蔔一起煮成咖哩,這次變換口味作成可以當主菜的奶油口味馬鈴薯佐香腸。
其實整個過程重點是要有耐心,在等待奶油融化的同時可以開始將馬鈴薯削皮後切片,待鍋中的奶油些微起泡時就可以將馬鈴薯片入鍋,不用費心去翻動那些馬鈴薯,繼續切以剝去外皮的洋蔥成條,然後把洋蔥放入鍋中再翻動馬鈴薯片,讓變成金黃色的馬鈴薯和洋蔥互換位置,不需要加水或蓋鍋蓋去悶煮,想要多點肉香味可以接著切點香腸等會放在馬鈴薯上,若馬鈴薯和洋蔥皆已軟化,就可以加入綜合香料粉入鍋攪拌一下,再把香腸放在鍋中的最上層,邊擺放餐具邊等待食物完成。

PS不要很心急的用鍋鏟去翻鍋子內的馬鈴薯,整體來說這次的調味很簡單只有一開始的奶油和最後的綜合香料粉就很好吃了,因為市售的香腸已經有鹹味了,所以不須在增加多餘的調味料,起鍋後若想要加黃芥末醬或番茄醬也是OK啦!
