Each time when I need to take a break from research, I always stop by my friend's place.

I am so happy that she makes a bowl of Samgye-tang ( 삼계탕; 蔘鷄湯) for me during a cold raining day.

Since the chicken soup comes with garlic and rice but no other seasonings is added. She gave me sore salt to add with the chicken, and it make the meal so tasty.

多年前在美國實習的時候認識了韓國好友，一直都有保持聯絡，每次只要我想找人聊天的時候，她總是會事先問我想吃什麼，然後煮好美味佳餚等我。

這次他問我想不想喝雞湯，我以為是市售的雞湯罐頭，沒想到是需要花時間熬煮得蔘雞湯，裡面加了蒜頭和糙米，暖心又暖胃！

還好我有帶些暑假從台灣買回來的零食和小點心去她家，不然會覺得不好意思太常去她家吃飯。
