I fall off the bike few days ago, and one of my friend gave me a blue ice gel which she brought from Canada.

I'm okay; just a few cuts and bruises. I apply it on dark bruises, and as you can see from the photo, I am getting better.
以前在台灣要是騎車犁田，都會想到要用零八零或是喜療妥讓受傷的地方不要留疤，沒想到在國外也有類似的東西可以使用，因為不小心騎腳踏車摔到，在傷口癒合期間走路姿勢有點怪異，所以來自韓國的好友提供了她到加拿大旅遊時帶回美國的藍色外用膠，剛開始忘記自己傷口還沒完全癒合，用棉花棒把藥膏塗到瘀青處上去之後有點冰涼加上些微的刺激感，所以立刻用棉花球把藥移除，不過現在傷口好多了，當然瘀青也退變成淡淡粉紅色。
