Most of the time we eat Rice Krispies as breakfast, but this time we use it to make cookies.
Here comes the recipe,
3 tbs of butter and 4 cups of Marshmallows are put into a mixing bowl.

Put the bowl into a microwave to heat for 1 min and 30 seconds.
While waiting the microwave done, it is time to butter the baking pan, and then take the mixing bowl out from the microwave. Start to mix it very well.
Add 6 cups of Rice Krispies into the mixing bowl.

Place the well mixing cereal into the baking pan.
Add a couple spoons of chocolate chips on top of the Rice Krispies.

the final step is to place coconut on top of the Rice Krispies, which helps to push everything down.

Place a piece of waxed paper on top of the baking pan.
Wait for 1 hour to cut it into small pieces.
Enjoy it!

這是個不需要蛋和烤箱也能做的小點心,只需要有常拿來當早餐的玉米碎片,還有少許奶油和棉花糖就可以做出類似“米香”的零嘴。
先切約三茶匙量的奶油,並量好四杯的棉花糖,然後將這兩樣倒到可微波的攪拌盆內,加熱一分半。
可用包奶油的紙協助將奶油塗到烤盤上,因為不需要進烤箱,所以只是想讓成品增加點香味,所以不要用烹調時噴的那種油品喔!
當微波完成後適量的攪拌讓棉花糖和奶油充分融合,此時的半成品所散發出的是很像爆米花上淋醬的甜味,接著加入六杯的玉米碎片,然後繼續攪拌均勻,喜歡巧克力碎片的話可以在這個時候加入一併攪拌。
最後把成品倒入稍有高度的烤盤中,若有椰絲也可以灑在最上頭,因為有了椰絲可以在用手壓緊半成品時較不黏手,接著蓋上蠟紙耐心等待一小時就可以了。
