It is yummy to have this eggplant with soysource.
Step one:
Peel the skin of garlic, and cut it into small piece.
Wash one eggplant and cut it into small piece. Don't peel the skin of eggplant.
Step two:
Put some oil in the pot. When the pot is hot enough, put garilc into the pot.
Step three:
Add eggplant into the pot when the smell of garlic filled the kitchen.
Step four:
Add soysource when the touch of eggplant is soft.
Step five:
It is ready to eat.

前後花最多的時間是把茄子切小丁,其他要注意的事就是茄子很吃油所以再煮的過程要不時加油喔!
這次煮的醬油是加所謂的老抽可以幫助茄子上色,只是不小心失手炒出來的成品有點鹹不過很下飯,只是吃到後來看到盤子裡的那堆油有點害怕,下次應該會克制一點不要加太多油改放多點水下去悶煮茄子。
