My Middle East friends invited me to have dinner with them. They prepared chicken with vegetable for dinner. ( Because I can't wat beef, they can't eat pork. Therefore, the only meat is chicken.

She slices the onion and put it into the pot. When it becomes soft, it's time to put meat into the pot. After the color of chicken changes to white, add those vegetables into the pot. If you like a little spice, you might add some pepper to the vegetable.

前陣子中東好友約我到她們家吃飯,還事先詢問過我是否有哪些不吃的東西,因為我不吃牛肉,他們不吃豬肉,所以後來我們決定當天晚上的主菜就是雞肉炒時蔬。
好友在廚房忙著切切洗洗,我就拿著相機在一旁作紀錄,這道家庭料理的方式如下:
先將洋蔥和雞肉切條狀,青椒,胡蘿蔔,蘑菇。。。也都切條狀,洋蔥切好後可以先放進鍋子讓它軟化,再接著處理其他食材,洋蔥炒軟後接著放入雞肉炒到變色,就可以將其餘的蔬菜放入鍋中加點水並蓋上鍋蓋燜一下,然後把一旁煮好的白飯灑上少許調味粉並稍微攪拌,接著就可以回頭將雞肉炒食蔬做最後的調味了,上桌後好友火速幫我添了一堆飯和菜在盤子中,讓我吃到有夠撐。
