Portland Winter Light Festival

It was once a year event happened in the winter time.

Lights were setup colorful to make the building change the vibe.

Right before the sky getting dark, the lights were showing on different screens.

People walked around even it was a little wet outside.

以前在台灣會有燈會，現在居住的城市也有冬季的燈會，只是期間短了點！
