When the temperature drops dramatically at nigh in the early spring term, it is time for me to prepare shiitake mushroom chicken soup.

It is very simple to get it made by using a rice cooker.

Got a hand full of mushroom and cut it half. Slide few ginger. Add 15 g of Gou Qi Zi with 15 g of Jujube red dates ( remove the seed if you can.)

Put chicken into boil water to remove some residual befor adding it into the soup pot. Once you have the chicken pre cook, add it into the pot. 

Pour water into the pot and make sure everything is coveredc/under the water. 

Bring it to boil then change the setting to keep the soup warm.

Add the salt and pepper befroe you server it. Enjoy the Shiitake Mushroom Chicken Soup !

Mushroom chicken soup

臨近早春學期早晚溫差大的時候,就是我煮香菇雞湯的時候了。

用電飯鍋做起來很簡單。

取一把冬菇,把它對半切。 在切幾片生姜。 加入大約15 克枸杞子 還有幾顆紅棗(可以的話去掉籽。)

將超市買的雞肉放入沸水中去除一些表面的殘留物,然後將其撈起加入湯鍋中。 雞肉稍微燙過後,就可以把它加到電鍋裡。

然後加水入電鍋中,並確保所有東西都被覆蓋在水裡。

按照煮飯流程將湯煮沸,然後就可以停在保溫模式以保持湯溫。

最後上桌前記得加入鹽和胡椒粉,希望簡單的香菇雞湯可以溫暖你我的胃。
