When the day time getting longer, there are more events available in town. One of my favorite events is the Portland General Electric/ SLOVE startlight Parade.
This event is so much fun for everyone. Kids might play balls or just run around on the road before the parade starts. If you came to join the events a little late like us, there were no seats on the sidewalk. Therefore, finding a good standing spot is also a challenge for us. We were lucky enough to get a place to stand for taking pictures and enjoy the parade.

每到日照變長的春末夏初，我最喜歡的活動就是和朋友一起去看夜間花車遊行，今年我們到的有點晚，沒法在人行道上席地而坐，只能找到還行的站點，拍拍照片！
聽說這個日間的花車遊行已經有超過四十五年的歷史，夜間的話是近三十年才有的，按照以往的習慣我看到充氣的阿拉斯加飛機出來，狂按快門，拍好照就跟朋友商量是否要趁人潮還沒全散的時候走回學校，果真朋友也被越來越熱鬧的人群擠得有點累了，反正我們都有看到表演就心滿意足的回家了！至於下週的日間遊行是否要再來湊熱鬧就再說吧！
