To be be honest with you this page might be a boring article for you to read.
It is a kind of work report to my friends who want to know what I am doing in the office as a Technician.
Since some of my friends want to know what I do as a Contact Center Technician, I write this for them.

研究所畢業後很幸運的開始了在美的第一份正式工作，不過因為和以前在台灣工作的職稱還有領域完全不同，所以有些好奇的朋友想知道我的工作內容是啥，其實說白了就是利用我會講英文和中文的語言優勢在公司裡利用電話負責口頭上做些故障排除的動作，若你問我和之前的工作比較起來那份我比較喜歡，我會回說兩者都很有挑戰性，不過最懷念還念書的時後，當研究生的日子比較愜意，至於為啥我會這樣說，理由應該是各行各業本來就有不同的心酸血淚，詳情就等改天休假的時候有空再來寫囉！
