The weather is getting warm in our area. Therefore making a rice ball is a good choice for lunch or dinner.
鮭魚飯糰
We put few small pieces ginger and leek on top of a piece of salmon, and we also pour a little rice wine on the salmon. When the oven is ready to go,we put the salmon into the oven for ten minutes. Remember to flip the salmon over when the time is over. Make sure the meat and bone can be separated easily.
After the rice is well done, the rice cooked has to be unplugged. Turn on a fan and open the cover of the rice cooker to cool down the temperature of the rice. Mix a little vinegar with the rice.鮭魚飯糰
Take out the salmon and put those meat into the rice. If you want to add some salt into the rice, it is ok.
Prepare a small bag to make the rice ball.

The rice ball can be set as a triangle, and place the rice ball on a piece of SEAWEED.

Now you can enjoy the rice ball.
隨著天氣轉熱,準備飯糰當午餐或晚餐已經變成備餐的選項之一。
不過我還不太會抓分量,所以是趁朋友製作飯糰的時候拍照當記錄,我們先煮了一鍋飯,當飯鍋跳起來就立即拔插頭,然後掀開電鍋,讓飯可以散熱,這時候若是烤箱的鮭魚好了就可以先把魚的骨肉分離,等會比較好和醋飯拌在一起。
當飯的溫度降低到可以用手觸摸的溫度,就可以加一些壽司醋進入飯中,用筷子快速把飯和醋攪拌均勻,此時可以加些鹽和胡椒或是美乃滋調味,當鮭魚也處理好時就是讓他們合體的時候囉!
把所有的食材通通拌勻,準備一個小塑膠袋放入攪拌好的料,然後小心的幫飯糰整形,接著把一片海苔放在盤子上之後再把飯團放到海苔的中間,若是怕海苔和飯無法粘合,可以用點美奶滋輔助,現在美味的飯糰準備好就可以好好享用囉!S__10625026
